Meet the Doctors

Dr. Kelly Huber

Dr. Kelly Huber, a chiropractic physician, certified in acupuncture, received her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Ohio State University in 1993 and her Doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis in 1996. She established Chiropractic Plus in Ponte Vedra in 1998, where she practiced as a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor and a Chiropractic Golf Specialist. In 2006, she added a second Chiropractic Plus location in the growing Southside community of Jacksonville. In 2008, Dr. Huber was voted Beaches Favorite Chiropractor by The Beaches Leader. Dr. Huber enjoys treating athletes and patients of all ages ranging from infants to elderly. She individually customizes holistic healthcare plans that combine the following:  chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, diet, and nutrition. Dr. Huber is determined to provide hope, healing, and  nutritional wellness to all patients.


Dr. Lee Ann Fowler

Dr. Lee Ann Fowler received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology and Counseling from Mid-Continent University in Mayfield, Kentucky. She received her Master’s Degree in Leisure Studies from Murray State University where she spent time as a athletic trainer for the universities football, men’s baseball, women’s soccer and volleyball teams. In 2008 she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. She joined Chiropractic Plus in 2012 after practicing in Kentucky and Orlando, FL. Dr. Fowler is trained in several chiropractic techniques: activator, graston, Thompson drop, and is certified in Acupuncture.  Dr. Fowler enjoys working with all ranges of patients, especially infants, children, and young athletes and takes pride in seeing her patients get happier, healthier, and fulfilled through chiropractic care. In her spare time, Dr. Fowler enjoys spending time with her husband, Brett, and their two dogs.

Massage Therapists

Fred Preston started his path to wellness back in 2007 as a personal trainer enabling others to enjoy the kinesthetic experience and see the profound value that wellness care can have on improving the human condition. He is certified through the American Council on Sports Medicine, and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. As he has grown, he has gained experience coordinating with other health care to create progression that fits into the total chain of care for each patient. He concentrates on myofascial release during a massage to treat somatic dysfunction, pain, and restriction of motion.
Shari Baldwin is an uplifting spirit who has been a licensed massage therapist for the last 5 years. Her expertise is deep tissue massage. Shari consentrates on the deepest layers of muscle tissue to reduce stress, hormone levels, and heart rate while boosting mood and relaxation by triggering the release of feel good neurochemicals. Shari is a certified personal trainer and is studying to be a Medical Massage Practitioner. She enjoys working with athletes to enable their bodies to achieve peak performance.
Cliff Hughes has been a licensed massage therapist for 25 years. He spent 20 years working for a physicist and has experience working with every soft tissue injury as a medical massage therapist. Cliff concentrates on the long term improvements of patients who have suffered from acute or chronic pain.
