Pilates Information

Pilates is a full body conditioning method that is designed to both stretch and strenghten the body through an individualized workout that utilizes a selection of over 500 exercises.

Class Schedule

  • Group Reformer: up to 4 people
  • Group Mat/Foam Roller: up to 8 people

Monday:          5:15 pm - 6:15 pm Group Reformer

Tuesday:         7 am – 8 am Beginner Mat

Wednesday:    8 am – 9 am Regular Mat

                        5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Regular Mat

Friday:              11 am – 12 pm Group Reformer

Our Pilates Classes

All Pilates instruction will be led by a professionial Pilates instructor. Clients will have the opportunity to have private sessions that are uniquely designed to enhance their daily life, by improving your posture and relieving pain that is associated with physical imbalances.
